Descrizione

VUF 10460 is a novel, potent and selective h3 receptor antagonist. It inhibits the proliferation of stomach cancer cells by blocking the binding of histamine to its receptors. VUF 10460 also blocks other histamine receptor subtypes, such as H1 and H2. These results indicate that VUF 10460 may have therapeutic potential for treating a number of autoimmune diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis.
