Descrizione:4-Fluoro-3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)aniline is a broad spectrum antibacterial agent that inhibits bacterial growth by binding to the active site of the enzyme protease. It is a synthetic compound that has been shown to inhibit the activity of a large number of bacteria, including Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. 4-Fluoro-3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)aniline has an excellent pharmacokinetic profile and is effective against both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. 4-Fluoro-3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)aniline can be used as a conjugate with polyhistidine or polyacrylamide gel to form a slow release formulation that can be used as an implantable device for sustained release. This drug also exhibits antifungal activities and can be used as an adjuvant in combination therapy with other antibiotics.
