AquaSpark® Enhanced HRP Detection Solution is a bioluminescence-based detection system that can be used to detect the presence of an enzyme, such as peroxidase, in a sample. This product is suitable for use with food testing, environmental testing, and diagnostics. AquaSpark® Enhanced HRP Detection Solution consists of a conjugate comprising the substrate 4-aminoantipyrine (4AAP) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) linked by an amide bond. When this product is added to a sample containing HRP and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), it will generate light through chemiluminescence in proportion to the amount of H2O2 present. This product has high purity and high quality.
