Descrizione:2-Chloro-4-methylphenyl-N-(2-chloro-4-methylphenyl)-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2amine is a potent immunosuppressive drug. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. The drug has been found to be safe and effective in animal models of cardiac disease. 2C4MPI is an analog of azathioprine, which is used for the treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. In addition, this drug has been shown to have antihyperglycemic properties by inhibiting glucose production in the liver and increasing insulin sensitivity in muscle tissue. 2C4MPI also reduces collagen synthesis, which may be useful in treating inflammatory diseases that are caused by excess collagen deposition such as skin conditions like psoriasis or acne vulgaris.
