Descrizione:
Tetradecylphosphonic acid is a quantum chemical that can be used as a model system for biological studies. Tetradecylphosphonic acid has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. The synthesis method involves the reaction of ethylene diamine with phosphorous pentoxide at high temperature. The product is purified by vacuum distillation and recrystallization.
