Descrizione:Hexylphosphonic Acid is a light-emitting liquid that can be used as a semiconductor. Hexylphosphonic Acid has a low melting point, so it can be easily injected into the body for use in medical applications. It is also soluble in hydrochloric acid and other inorganic acids. Hexylphosphonic Acid is synthesized from phosphorus pentoxide and hexanol using reaction methods such as the phosphoric acid process or the phosphonium ion process. It is then purified by recrystallization or sublimation. Hexylphosphonic Acid has been shown to have antibacterial properties against bacterial strains such as Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
