Descrizione:Pramipexole-related compound D is a dopamine agonist with clinical effects similar to those of pramipexole. It can be used to treat Parkinson's disease and restless leg syndrome. Studies have shown that it is a potent inhibitor of dopamine receptor activity and the termination of dopaminergic neurotransmission. Pramipexole-related compound D has been shown to enhance dopamine receptor-mediated, receptor-mediated, and extracellular responses in animals. In addition, this drug has been found to decrease locomotor activity in rats by blocking the activation of the d2 receptor.
