Descrizione:CEP-28122 is a potent antitumor agent that inhibits the growth of tumors by inhibiting the tyrosine kinase domain of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). CEP-28122 is activated by cyclin-dependent kinases to inhibit EGFR. It has been shown to be active in clinical studies for colorectal adenocarcinoma and other cancers. CEP-28122 has a high degree of selectivity for tumor cells, which are characterized by activation of the EGFR tyrosine kinase domain, and low toxicity for normal cells. The pharmacokinetic properties and molecular pathogenesis of this drug have been studied in detail.
