Descrizione:2-Amino-4'-methoxyacetophenone is a cytotoxic agent that has been evaluated for its anticancer activity against human cancer cell lines. This compound has been shown to be highly potent in killing cancer cells, with an IC50 value of 0.25 μM. In addition, 2-amino-4'-methoxyacetophenone has been shown to induce apoptosis in human leukemia cells at concentrations of ≥1 μM and inhibit the growth of penicillium fungus at concentrations ≥10 μM.
2-Amino-4'-methoxyacetophenone shows enantioenriched antiproliferative activities against a number of cancer cell lines, including breast carcinoma (MCF7), colon adenocarcinoma (HT29), and prostate carcinoma (PC3).
