• Descrizione: 21-O-Acetyl dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid that acts as a potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive agent. It is used in the treatment of a wide range of conditions, including allergic reactions, skin disorders, and inflammatory bowel disease. The biological properties of this drug have been studied using an experimental model in rats. 21-O-Acetyl dexamethasone was found to be more effective than dexamethasone acetate in reducing allergic symptoms.
