Descrizione:4-Aminophenol hydrochloride is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is responsible for the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins. 4-Aminophenol hydrochloride has been shown to be effective against bacterial strains such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. The linear calibration curve and redox potential data were obtained using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy on human serum samples. The acetate extract was prepared by adding sodium citrate to an aqueous solution of 4-aminophenol. This reaction mechanism has been demonstrated in biochemical research.
