Descrizione:Anamorelin is a peptide hormone that has been shown to have anti-cancer effects in animal models. It reduces the growth of cancer cells and inhibits their ability to form new blood vessels. Anamorelin also reduces the size of tumors and improves the symptoms of cancer patients. The drug can be applied topically or orally, and has been shown to be safe for use with other drugs during treatment trials. In vitro assays have shown that anamorelin inhibits the production of epidermal growth factor (EGF) by gland cells, which may account for its therapeutic effect. The drug can also improve metabolic disorders, such as obesity and diabetes mellitus type II.
