Descrizione:Pyridazin-3-amine is a heterocycle that is structurally related to pyridazine. It can be used as a chemical building block in the synthesis of other compounds. Pyridazin-3-amine has been shown to induce locomotor activity and contractions of the bladder and cardiac muscles, as well as causing neuronal death in rats. Pyridazin-3-amine binds to the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor, which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, and may cause synaptic dysfunction by potentiating GABAergic transmission. This drug also has been shown to have specific agonist effects on a number of different receptors including 5HT1A, 5HT2B, 5HT2C, 5HT6, D2L, α2C, α1A/D/F/G/H/I/J/K/M and β2 adrenergic receptors.
