Descrizione:UNC 0638 is a methyltransferase inhibitor that inhibits the activity of DNA and RNA methyltransferases. It has been shown to be effective against cancer cells by inhibiting the process of epigenetic changes. UNC 0638 has also been shown to inhibit tumor growth in a mouse model through its ability to inhibit the expression of toll-like receptor 4, which is involved in inflammation. This drug was found to have significant cytotoxicity when tested on human pluripotent cells and was able to preserve their developmental potential.
