Descrizione:Benzyl isothiocyanate is a naturally occurring anti-cancer agent that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. It is thought that benzyl isothiocyanate suppresses tumor growth by inhibiting mitochondrial functions, and thereby inducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the mitochondria. Benzyl isothiocyanate also inhibits the synthesis of DNA and protein, which are necessary for cellular proliferation. Benzyl isothiocyanate can be injected or taken orally as an injection solution.
