Descrizione:4-Bromoquinoline is a quinoline derivative that has been shown to act as an adenosine receptor antagonist. It binds to the adenosine receptors and blocks the binding of the inhibitory neurotransmitter, preventing the release of substances that are important in regulating heart rate and respiration. 4-Bromoquinoline has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of amyloid beta fibril formation, which is associated with Alzheimer's disease.
