Descrizione:(22R)-Budesonide is a steroid that has been used for the treatment of asthma, chronic cough, and bowel disease. It is also used to treat rhinitis symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis. (22R)-Budesonide inhibits the inflammatory response by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators such as eosinophil cationic protein, which are released during an allergic reaction. The drug is also effective in treating bacterial rhinosinusitis, although it has not been tested against other types of respiratory infections.
