9-Bromo-1-nonanol is an organic compound with the molecular formula CHBrNO. It is a hydrogen bond donor and has been used to study the interaction between human maltase glucoamylase and malonic acid. 9-Bromo-1-nonanol contains a hydroxy group, which undergoes hydrogen bonding interactions with other molecules.
