• Descrizione: Boc-3-(1-Naphthyl)-L-alanine is a nonapeptide which is an analog of bombesin. Boc-3-(1-Naphthyl)-L-alanine has been shown to have potent effects in the synthesis of protein and connective tissue in Wistar rats. It also stimulates the release of acetylcholine, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the breakdown of acetylcholine by cholinesterase. The synthesis of this analog was achieved by solid phase methods and has been shown to be synthesized with high yield.
