Descrizione:1-Boc-4-methylpiperazine is an inhibitor of the enzyme hydrolase. It has been shown to have a dose-dependent effect on inflammatory pain and can be used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. 1-Boc-4-methylpiperazine also has potent inhibitory activity against fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH). It is orally administered and has been shown to have analgesic effects in animal studies. 1-Boc-4-methylpiperazine also inhibits the enzymatic activity of other hydrolases, such as cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE), which are involved in inflammation, pain, and memory.
