Descrizione:
Bromomethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide is an antibacterial agent that inhibits the growth of bacteria by binding to terminal alkynes. Bromomethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide binds to the hydroxyl group in the cell membrane and reacts with the virus, thus inhibiting its replication. It has been shown to be effective against syncytial viruses such as human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV). The reaction scheme of this drug is not yet known.
