Descrizione:2-Chlorophenyl isocyanate (2CPIC) is a urea nitrogen that functions as a pharmaceutical intermediate. 2CPIC has been shown to interact with the BCR-ABL kinase and inhibit cancer cell proliferation in vitro. It also inhibits efflux pumps, interacts with divalent hydrocarbons, and binds to the receptor for serine proteases. 2CPIC can be used as an anti-cancer drug by targeting the cancer cells that have high levels of BCR-ABL kinase activity.
