p-Chloromethyl Benzoic acid is a stilbene derivative that is used as a diagnostic agent for the detection of lymphocyte transformation. It is also used in wastewater treatment, as a detergent composition, and as a pharmaceutical dosage form for the treatment of skin diseases.
