Descrizione

Cyclohexanecarbonyl chloride is a chemical compound that is used in the treatment of wastewater. It is also used as an antidiabetic agent, and has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. Cyclohexanecarbonyl chloride is a reactive intermediate that can be prepared by acylation of benzimidazole compounds with cyclohexane rings containing a hydroxyl group. This reaction yields a 1:1 mixture of the two products, which are identical except for their configuration at the benzylic position.
