Descrizione:Cyclopropanesulfonamide is a potent inhibitor of the human liver ns3 protease. This enzyme has been shown to be involved in cancer and inflammation. Cyclopropanesulfonamide binds to the active site of the enzyme, where it forms hydrogen bonding interactions with the serine residue. It also prevents the formation of an amide bond between threonine and asparagine. This makes cyclopropanesulfonamide a competitive inhibitor of the ns3 protease, which blocks protein synthesis and cell division.
