Descrizione:CID755673 is a basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) inhibitor that prevents the activation of epidermal growth factor receptor, thereby inhibiting angiogenesis. It has been shown to inhibit mitochondrial functions and cardiac function in vitro. CID755673 has been shown to be clinically relevant in experimental models of diabetic neuropathy and pancreatitis. This drug also inhibits the polymerase chain reaction, preventing replication of DNA. The molecular pathogenesis of CID755673 is not yet known.
