Descrizione

Cdk1/2 Inhibitor III is a compound that inhibits the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), which play an important role in cellular proliferation, differentiation and metabolism. It was shown to inhibit the growth of basic fibroblast cells by blocking the energy metabolism pathway. Cdk1/2 Inhibitor III also has inhibitory effects on dasatinib-resistant mutants derived from infectious diseases and epidermal growth factor-sensitive cancer cells. This compound also has anti-inflammatory properties and can be used as a prognostic marker for some cancers.
