Descrizione:Cinprazole is an analog of omeprazole and a proton pump inhibitor. It inhibits acid secretion by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system. Cinprazole has been used to treat gastric ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and inflammatory diseases. Cinprazole is also used to achieve hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with leukemia or lymphoma. The drug has shown efficacy in treating cerebrovascular disease by enhancing cerebral blood flow and suppressing inflammation, as well as in treating hepatitis by inhibiting the growth of cells involved in its progression. Cinprazole has also been shown to suppress follicle-stimulating hormone release from the pituitary gland, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of follicle-stimulating hormone subunits (FSH-β)
