Descrizione:Carnitine is an amino acid that is synthesized from the essential amino acids lysine and methionine. It has two forms, L-carnitine, which has a low degree of ionization at physiological pH, and d-carnitine, which is more ionized. Carnitine is found in many foods such as red meat, poultry and fish. Carnitine hydrochloride (CH) is a white or off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It can be used as a supplement to help reduce fatigue during exercise and improve athletic performance. This product also has been shown to increase blood levels of carnitine in patients with chronic kidney disease and diabetes mellitus type 2 by increasing its intake through diet or supplements.
