Descrizione:2-Chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (2CNQ) is a redox potential molecule that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in inflammatory bowel disease. 2CNQ also has photochemical properties, including light emission and photoinactivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This compound is a derivative of 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and hydrochloric acid. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
