Descrizione

Clofenamide is a drug that is used to treat insulin resistance. It is an at1 receptor antagonist that blocks the action of histamine, which stimulates the release of insulin from the pancreas. Clofenamide has been shown to reduce systolic blood pressure in patients with autoimmune diseases and cardiac hypertrophy. It is also used for treating infectious diseases, such as pneumonia and tuberculosis. Clofenamide reduces inflammation by inhibiting inflammatory enzymes, such as butyric acid. This drug has been found to have anticancer activity in cell-based studies by inhibiting cellular proliferation and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells.
