Descrizione:Clomiphene N-oxide is a drug that can be used as a diagnostic agent to identify the presence of cancer cells in the body. It binds to estrogen receptors, and can be used as an estrogen antagonist. Clomiphene N-oxide has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in vitro and in vivo, which may be due to its ability to inhibit tumor cell proliferation by binding to the estrogen receptor. It is insoluble in water and must be reconstituted with diluents before use. Clomiphene N-oxide can also bind other compounds, such as estradiol, thereby reducing their bioavailability.
