Descrizione

Cresyl glycidyl ether is a reactive, colorless liquid that has a low boiling point. It is a viscous liquid with an amine odor and a phenolic odor. Cresyl glycidyl ether reacts with amines to form epoxides, which are used as curing agents in epoxy resins. It also reacts with phenolic acid to form cresols, which are used as solvents or antiseptics. Cresyl glycidyl ether is reactive to acids and alkalis and can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. It's viscosity increases at lower temperatures and its reactivity decreases with increasing temperature.
