Descrizione:CloQuintocet-Mexyl is a fatty acid that is used in wastewater treatment. It is chemically synthesized from quinoline derivatives and sodium carbonate. CloQuintocet-Mexyl has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of lipid peroxidation in plants, including perennial ryegrass and triticum aestivum. CloQuintocet-Mexyl also inhibits the activity of cytochrome p450 enzymes, which are involved in lipid metabolism. This fatty acid can be used as a transport inhibitor, preventing the uptake of other compounds into cells and tissues. When combined with piperonyl butoxide, CloQuintocet-Mexyl has been shown to have a synergistic inhibitory effect on cytochrome p450 enzymes.
