Descrizione

Cefonicid is a cephalosporin antibiotic that belongs to the class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is active against gram-positive bacteria and has shown an activity against tissue infection. Cefonicid has been shown to have no effect on glucose levels when given intravenously to healthy volunteers. There are no known drug interactions with this drug, but it should be used cautiously in geriatric patients as they may be more sensitive to adverse effects.
