Descrizione:2-Chloro-4-hydroxypyridine is a type 1 receptor ligand that has been shown to have high yield, profile and pharmacokinetic properties. The compound is an organic solvent with growth factor activity. The ligand binds to the corresponding receptor and activates cell signaling pathways in a similar manner as growth factor β, which stimulates cellular proliferation and differentiation. This drug also has the ability to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines in vitro. 2-Chloro-4-hydroxypyridine also has a tautomeric equilibrium, which can be exploited for its pharmacokinetic properties; it is rapidly converted from one tautomeric form to another in vivo, thereby achieving a rapid blood clearance time.
