Descrizione:3-Decenoic acid is a fatty acid that is expressed in the esophagus, pancreas, and prostate. It has been shown to be metabolized by reaction monitoring in human leukemia cells. 3-Decenoic acid induces autophagy and lipophagy in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells. This fatty acid also inhibits malonic acid production as well as nitric oxide synthase activity. 3-Decenoic acid has been found to have alkenoic properties with methyl cinnamate, terpineol, and eucalyptol. 3-Decenoic acid also exhibits anti-cancer effects on leukemia cells by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting cell proliferation.
