Informazioni sul prodotto
- Pyridazine, 3,5-Dichloro-
3,5-Dichloropyridazine is a pyridine that is used in the synthesis of other chemicals. It has been shown to be an inhibitor of receptor modulators and has affinity for the benzodiazepine site on the GABA receptor. 3,5-Dichloropyridazine inhibits cross-coupling reactions with triamino azacycles and halides. It is also a potential source of primary amino groups that are used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals. 3,5-Dichloropyridazine has been shown to have a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
