Descrizione:4-Hydroxytamoxifen is a pharmaceutical drug that is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is an estrogen agonist, which means it binds to estrogen receptors and activates them. 4-Hydroxytamoxifen has been shown to disrupt the endocrine system by binding with estrogen receptors and preventing the hormone 17β-estradiol from binding.
