Descrizione

Dibutyltin dichloride is a chloride salt of dibutyltin and is used as an anti-inflammatory agent. It is also a pro-apoptotic protein that inhibits IL-2 receptor signaling. Dibutyltin dichloride has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells. This drug has been shown to act as a polymerase chain inhibitor and structural analysis confirms it binds to the catalytic site of the enzyme.
