Descrizione:Diazepam-d5 is a solution of diazepam labeled with the radioactive isotope d5. It is used for the detection and quantification of benzodiazepines in blood, serum, and urine samples. Diazepam-d5 is prepared by chemical ionization (CI) or matrix effect methods. The detection time can be as short as 10 minutes when using a dispersive solid-phase extraction (SPE) technique. This analytical method has been validated by comparison with the wet weight method and has been shown to be accurate and reproducible. Diazepam-d5 is also used in clinical medicine to treat anxiety disorders, panic attacks, insomnia, and muscle spasms.
