• Descrizione: 1-(2,4-Difluorophenyl)piperazine (1-DFPP) is a novel triazolopyrimidine derivative that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. This drug is an inhibitor of regulatory GTPases and primary amines, which are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation. 1-DFPP also inhibits the ring-opening reaction and can be used for optimization of arylpiperazines. It has been shown to have inhibitory activities on both TNF-α and IL-10 in vitro. The drug was evaluated orally in mice and showed promising results with regards to reducing inflammation. 1-DFPP is currently undergoing clinical trials as an anti-cancer agent.
