Descrizione:Entrectinib is a selective inhibitor of protein kinases and polymerases, which are enzymes that regulate the growth and proliferation of cells. It binds to ATP-binding sites on these enzymes, preventing them from carrying out their normal functions. Entrectinib is used for treatment of cancer, including metastatic colorectal cancer and pediatric solid tumours. This drug has been shown to be effective against tumors that are resistant to other treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Entrectinib also inhibits the function of P-glycoprotein (P-gp), an antigen binding molecule that transports drugs out of the cell.
