It also inhibits the growth of mammalian cells in culture. 2E-DMP has a molecular weight of 152.24, a melting point of -50 degrees Celsius, and a boiling point at 230 degrees Celsius. The compound has not been tested for carcinogenic or mutagenic effects in mammals or humans.
