Descrizione:Florifenine is a low potency inhibitor of oxidative phosphorylation. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of fatty acid synthase, which is an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of fatty acids. Florifenine has been shown to reduce the levels of PGE2 in mice with hyperproliferative disease, demonstrating its potential as a therapeutic agent for this type of cancer. Florifenine also inhibits tumor growth by stimulating repair mechanisms, such as cellular mitosis and DNA synthesis.
