Descrizione:Frutinone A is a potent inhibitor of the human m2-receptor. The compound has been shown to be effective in treating diabetic patients with a radiation-induced or chronic oral toxicity profile. Frutinone A inhibits receptor activity by binding to the receptor and preventing the formation of an active complex with ATP, which is needed for signal transduction. Frutinone A also has potent inhibition on nucleophilic reactions and redox potentials, as well as natural compounds that are involved in energy metabolism.
