Descrizione

Fmoc-Dab(Boc)-OH is a fatty acid that is conjugated to an amino acid. It has been shown to have binding activity against activated, solid-phase synthesis, and synthetic compounds. Fmoc-Dab(Boc)-OH is a cyclic lipopeptide with antimicrobial properties. It has been shown to be active against resistant microorganisms such as Enterococcus faecalis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This molecule has also been shown to have pro-inflammatory cytokine activity in human colon carcinoma cells, which may lead to the suppression of tumor growth.
