Descrizione

Fmoc-O-trityl-D-serine is an inhibitor of the phosphatases that catalyze the hydrolysis of phosphate esters. It binds to the protein and prevents it from acting on its substrate, thus inhibiting phosphatase activity. Fmoc-O-trityl-D-serine has been shown to inhibit a number of phosphatases, including serine/threonine phosphatases, tyrosine phosphatases, and acid phosphatases.
