N-alpha-Fmoc-N-epsilon-4-methoxytrityl-L-lysine is a cyclic peptide that is synthesized using a liquid chromatograph. The synthesis of this compound requires a cyclic peptide, which is synthesized by solid phase methods. N-alpha-Fmoc-N-epsilon-4-methoxytrityl-L-lysine has been found to be efficient in the industrial production of peptides with an amino acid sequence. This compound also has functional groups such as hydrophilic and labile, which are readily removed by trifluoroacetic acid.
