Descrizione:Fmoc-beta-cyclohexyl-L-alanine is a cell-permeable compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro as well as in animal models. Fmoc-beta-cyclohexyl-L-alanine binds to the thrombin receptor, which is involved in blood pressure control and tumor necrosis factor production. This drug also inhibits the mitochondrial membrane potential, which leads to selective inhibition of cancer cells. It also prevents an increase in blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin II receptors. Fmoc-beta-cyclohexyl-L-alanine has anticancer activity due to its ability to form hydrogen bonds with other proteins and nucleic acids.
